It is with heavy hearts that the family of Calvin Kirk MacKenzie announce his passing on August 6, 2024, after a lengthy illness at the age of 72. Born in Sydney on February 1, 1952, he was the son of the late George and Viva (Matheson) MacKenzie.

He had sharp business acumen and loved pursuing new opportunities when they arose. He was also an avid and accomplished golfer, playing and even winning different tournaments throughout his life. He had a passion for music as well, especially playing the guitar. If Kirk was interested in something, he would dive into it with all of his enthusiasm.
