It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the passing of our beloved wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend Pamela Rose (Isaac) MacMillan, age 60, on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, following a brief illness
Born in Sydney on December 24, 1964, Pamela was the daughter of Dorothy Isaac and the late James Bradley Isaac. She was employed as a merchandiser at Walmart in North Sydney for a number of years. She loved going for drives and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved holidays, especially Christmas and Halloween and was always the first one to get the party started. She will be deeply missed.
Besides her mother Dorothy, Pamela is survived by her husband Michael, her two sisters Angela (Roger) MacKenzie and Jennifer (Ed) Henry; her niece Madison (James) and nephew Ranger (Ava), grand-niece Lana, her feline friend Miley, her lifetime best friend Michelle Devison and her children Jillian and Dylan Devison and family friend Richard Devison.
Besides her father, Pamela was predeceased by her sister Allana, father and mother-in-law Gerald and Aeris MacMillan.
The family would like to thank the Doctors and nurses of the Palliative Care at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital and the nursing student Nick on 4B.
There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 4, 2025 at Lakeside Cemetery, North Sydney, followed by a luncheon and a toast to Pam at the Northern Yacht Club. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of W.J. Dooley Funeral Home, 107 Pleasant Street, North Sydney.
