North Sydney

It is with heartfelt sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our mother, grandmother, sister and aunt, Vivian Virginia Walsh, age 96, on Thursday April 14, 2022 at Harbourstone Enhanced Care, Sydney.

She was a member of St. Joseph Church, North Sydney and the North Sydney Garden Club. She served for a number of years on the board of directors with the Northside Harbourview Hospital Foundation. She had many talents, she was a beautiful knitter, loved sewing, quilting, and needlepoint.  She loved to travel with family and friends, trips to Europe, all across Canada, many places in the United States but especially enjoyed the many trips that she and her husband Joe took to Florida. During the summer months they also enjoyed entertaining with family and friends at the cottage in Georges River.
